What's Included
The Service provides repair or replacement if your product suffers an electrical or mechanical breakdown that prevents it from working as designed.

Assessment
We'll arrange a return for you to send your product back for inspection. Alternatively, we may ask you to provide photos or video footage instead.
Repair or Replace
Once assessed, we'll repair your product, send a replacement, or issue store credit. We aim to resolve every request within 14 days.

FAQs
Is this an insurance policy?
No. The Care & Repair Service is an extended warranty provided and administered directly by Stella Charge Limited. It is not regulated by the FCA and is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
What does the Care & Repair Service include?
Electrical and mechanical breakdown. If your product develops an internal fault that stops it working as designed, we'll repair or replace it.
Does the service begin immediately after purchase?
Your protection begins on the date you purchase the Care & Repair Service. There is no waiting period; You benefit from our enhanced service from day one.
How do I make a repair request?
Simply contact us at support@stellacharge.com or call 0330 122 5265 with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll arrange a prepaid return for inspection, or in some cases we may complete our assessment remotely using photos or video.
What happens if my product can't be repaired?
If we determine that repair is not economical or practicable, we'll replace your product with an equivalent model or issue store credit up to the original purchase price.
Can I cancel the Service?
Yes. Cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if no repair or replacement has been provided.
Can I add the Care & Repair Service after I've bought my product?
Yes, you can add it within 30 days of your original product purchase. After 30 days, the option is no longer available for that product.
Is the Service transferable?
No. The Service applies only to the original purchaser and the original product.
