Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Stella Charge product. If something isn't right, you have 45 days from delivery to submit a request for a return.
Please email us first at support@stellacharge.com so we can authorise the return and provide your prepaid label. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted, and goods must not be returned directly to the manufacturer (if applicable). For change-of-mind returns, the cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return postage in full.
Terms
- If you simply change your mind, you have 45 days from delivery to send your product back for a refund. You're welcome to test that it works with your setup; for a refund it just needs to come back in as-new, resaleable condition: undamaged and complete with all accessories and original packaging. If an item comes back used beyond a reasonable test or no longer resaleable, we may reduce the refund to reflect its diminished value.
- Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Product defects are covered under warranty and by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 1 to 3 working days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it. If more than 10 working days have passed since approval, email us at support@stellacharge.com.
Exceptions
Purchases made with a gift card are refunded to a new gift card rather than cash. Replacement products and complimentary accessories aren't eligible for a cash refund. If a replacement product is faulty, we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Your Statutory Rights
This 45-day policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an online order, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a remedy for faulty goods. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
