Shipping policy

  • We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all UK mainland orders, with no hidden fees or additional shipping costs. Premium or Express Shipping, where available, is via Royal Mail Tracked 24®.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours (Mon - Fri).
  • We test every EV product before packaging. All orders are shipped from either our Bristol, England or Belfast, Northern Ireland location.
  • The total delivery time is lead-in time + shipping (typically 2 working days).  We typically use Royal Mail parcel delivery service for UK deliveries. We do not use Evri / Hermes Courier Service for any of our deliveries.
  • All order updates are sent to the email address on the order.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are printed exactly as inputted by yourself when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing delivery information should they not reach the intended address.
  • Should you receive any items that you did not order or something is missing please contact us no later than 10 working days of your order dispatch date.
