About Your Warranty

Stella Charge Limited guarantees to the buyer, the original purchaser of our products, that the product(s) will: (a) conform to the published specifications in effect at the time of the order; and (b) be free from defects in materials or workmanship arising from proper and normal use for a period of 12 months (or as specified for the particular product(s)) from the date of confirmed receipt.

Coverage

  • The warranty does not extend to any resale of the product(s) to third parties.
  • The warranty does not apply to claims arising from normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accident, abuse, or negligence.
  • The warranty does not cover aging of the product(s) and deterioration in appearance, particularly due to weather conditions.
  • The warranty does not apply to claims arising from normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accident, abuse, or negligence.
  • The warranty will be void if the product(s) are altered or modified.
  • A warranty claim is intended solely to address manufacturing defects or non-conformities under the warranty terms. Stella Charge Limited is not obliged to issue any refund beyond the designated refund period.
  • Any disputes arising shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Claims

  1. If the buyer claims that the product(s) are non-conforming or discovers any defects in the product(s) within the warranty period and wishes to exercise their warranty, they shall notify Stella Charge Limited by email to request a return.
  2. Stella Charge Limited will facilitate the return of the affected product(s). It is recommended that you retain the original packaging in which the device was delivered or alternatively use packaging that ensures the device is not damaged during transit.
  3. Upon inspection and confirmation that the returned product(s) are covered by the applicable warranty, Stella Charge Limited and/or its partners, supplier and/or manufacturer shall, at their sole discretion, repair or replace any non-conforming or defective product(s) under warranty at no cost to the buyer.
  4. If repair or replacement is not feasible, Stella Charge Limited will offer a refund of the original purchase price of the defective product(s).
  5. Stella Charge Limited aims to resolve any claims within 28 working days of receiving notification of the warranty claim.
