Although the charger is rated at 13A max, a typical continuous charge rate of 2.3kW (= 10A) should be expected in order to protect domestic circuits against overload and fire risk. This translates to approximately 25 miles of range from a 3 hour charge.

Yes, the protection level of the control box is IP66. However, we would suggest you have the power plug protected from precipitation.

Can I delay charging sessions to take advantage of off-peak rates?

Yes, you can set charging start time using the button on the upper cover of the charger.
