Returns

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is in as-new, resaleable condition. FAQs

Will it work with my car?

Yes, if your car has a Type 2 charging port, which is every EV and plug-in hybrid sold new in the UK and Europe since 2018. If you're unsure, message us your car model and we'll confirm.

Do I need the single-phase or three-phase model?

The majority of UK homes are single-phase, choose the Standard (7.4kW) model. Three-phase is mostly found on commercial/industrial premises, construction sites, etc.

Away from home, campsite, caravan park and marina hook-ups are single-phase too (typically 16A). Both models (Standard and Three-Phase) charge from these using the CEE16 Blue adaptor.

The Three-Phase (11kW) model does work on a single-phase supply, but it's limited to 16A (3.6kW).

How do I operate the charger?

For detailed instructions, please refer to the user guide included with your charger. As a general guide:

  1. First, attach the appropriate adaptor tail to the charger until it locks securely.
  2. Plug the charger into a compliant mains socket.
  3. Use the dedicated tap buttons to adjust the current to your preferred level, and set the charging delay timer as needed. The charger detects the connected adaptor and automatically limits the amperage to its rating.
  4. Finally, connect the Type 2 connector to your vehicleā€™s charging inlet to initiate charging.

Do not plug into any other socket conversion adaptors.

Can I charge overnight on off-peak rates?

Yes, the built-in delay timer lets you start charging when your off-peak window opens, no app required.

What is the lowest charge rate the charger can support?

The lowest charge rate supported by the all-in-one charger is 6 amps (6A).
