We have established strong relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers in the Far East, who we carefully select based on their reputation for producing quality products and understanding of UK electric vehicle regulations.
We conduct bi-annually internal audits of our supply chain to maintain compliance with latest regulations and ensure that charging equipment meets our high standards.
As a minimum requirement, listed products must be certified by at least one of CE/TUV/UKCA/RoHS. Most of our products also come with a warranty of 12 months, starting from the date of purchase.
In addition, we continually monitor customer feedback and take the necessary actions based on this feedback. Where customers return products, claims are processed in accordance with our refunds and exchange policy, and without unreasonable delay. Stella Charge is committed to carry out thorough investigations to avoid the recurrence of quality or service deviations. The same applies for customer complaints, which are also handled professionally, with a response target of 10 working days.
