Shipping policy

  • We currently offer FREE UK Standard Mainland Delivery on all orders. No hidden fees or additional shipping costs.
  • Premium or Express Shipping, where available, is via Royal Mail Tracked 24®.
  • Our EV products are made-to-order although we do hold some lines in stock. Dispatch times are shown on each product page. Chargers are then tested and shipped from BRISTOL, England and BELFAST, Northern Ireland.
  • If your requirement is urgent, please contact us via email or live chat and we will do our best to support.
  • The total delivery time is lead-in time + shipping (typically 2 working days).  We usually use Royal Mail parcel delivery service for UK deliveries.  We do not intend to use Evri / Hermes Courier Service for any of our deliveries. All order updates are sent to the email address on the order.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are printed exactly as inputted by yourself when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing delivery information should they not reach the intended address.
  • Should you receive any items that you did not order or something is missing please contact us no later than 10 working days of your order dispatch date.
