The control box automatically detects the rated current of the connected adaptor tail and adjusts accordingly, ensuring it does not draw more power than the adaptor's rating. For instance, when using a 13A 3-pin adaptor, the maximum current is limited to 13A (UK 10-13A), providing safe and efficient charging.

DO NOT plug into socket conversion adaptors.

FAQs

How do I operate the mobile charger?
For detailed instructions, please refer to the user guide included with your charger. As a general guide:
i) First, attach the appropriate adaptor tail to the charger until it locks securely.
ii) Plug the charger into a power outlet.
iii) Use the dedicated tap buttons to adjust the current to your preferred level, and set the charging delay timer as needed.
Note: The current cannot be adjusted while charging; you'll need to stop the charging process and unplug from the vehicle first.
iv) Finally, connect the Type 2 connector to your vehicle’s charging inlet to initiate charging.

Can I delay charging sessions to take advantage of off-peak rates?
Yes, you can delay charging sessions. Please refer to the delay timer instructions provided above for guidance.

Which adaptors are included in the standard set?
UK 13A 3 Pin, CEE 16A Commando (1-Phase) and CEE 32A Commando (1-phase) adaptor tails. Other adaptors plugs, including Schuko, are also available for an extra cost.

What is the lowest charge rate the charger can support?
The lowest charge rate supported by the all-in-one charger is 6 amps (6A).
